NO REFUNDS
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
1. a) If you cancel after 5 minutes after the ambulance is allotted or
2. b) If a driver cancels after waiting at your location for more than 30 minutes
3. c) Refund of any valid cancellation amount will take 10 working days and will attract 5% of payment gateway charges.
All the payments for JAES Projects (I) Pvt. Ltd. Ambulance Services need to be made in advance into the bank account through either a NEFT or via payment link or the online payment gateway on the JAES Projects (I) Pvt. Ltd. AMBULANCE website/Application.
We will consider bookings confirmed only after payments have been made into the bank account via Google Pay / Phone Pay / PayTM, NEFT, etc and we receive a confirmation of the same. In case of a technical or bank related delay on this, we will do a full refund of the payment made.
By making a full/limited payment, you are agreeing to the instructions that apply for each booking, maintain the sanctity and decorum during the trip to and from the location provided.
